We called the makro call centre at 13:06 on saterday 02/04/2013. We requested a price for the dstv hd pvr, wr were informed that the price was R1399 and R1499 with installation. We then drove to the woodnead branch anf were told that it it was R2299 with installation and that the special was only 2weeks ago. I then escalated the matter to Riaan Van Aarde, the store manager, he had a one line response sating he cannot help us. This is pathetic, i drove all thr way to the store just because Makro them selves indicated a price to me. A pruce which they did not live up to... i will not ever shop at makro agaon... thinkingbof approachibg the national consumer tribunal as well
