Unreliable and bad service

I took my Blackberry 9300 in for repairs on 27 July 2013, two months later still no phone and I'm paying for the stupid insurance. I went to the store a million time and i was sent from pilleto post. Never experienced such service under an edcon store. I will cut all ties with the edcon.
