Utterly Disgusted: The store manager phoned me over lunch time to discuss the matter and I asked him to phone back at 2:30 as I was having lunch with family. He never got back to me. Just a prime example of the type of service we get from Edcon in Bethlehem. Did you guys follow up with him to try and improve your service or did you not bother? I am sure it was left at that as Edcon clearly don't care about Jet, Edgars or CNA in the little towns. See my Jet feedback.
