I complained on the 02/09/2013 about the bad service that I received from Legit in Semi Marks Square (Pretoria) on the 30 August 2013. I was treated as though I came to that store to play instead of shopping. Since I was paying with the Edgars card I am sure you can see that I did purchase early at an Edgars store were the service was good considering that the store was very busy. My reference number is 0209130014/GO, all I want now is feedback. I told them on numerous occasions that I will not be cancelling my account but I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. Sophie the manager called me and I have not heard anthing from Edcon since. All I have to say is that Edcon, you have no value for your clients, and I will write in detail what happened to me before canceling my account.
