This is just an big Thank you from myself w.r.t excellent service provided by Warren manager at Sterns Zevenwacht Mall. I want to say he helped us from the beginning and constantly kept me inform on all activities regarding my cellphone insurance claim. In the beginning they did not have the phone which i wanted but warren went out of his way to ensure i received my cellphone i wanted. Way beyond his call of duty is would say.
