I submitted my insurance claim on the 14th of Dec at Edgars in Sandton. I called on the 19th to check. The claim was apparently submitted to finrite but would not be processed as i had a document missing, which i hadn't been made aware of until calling. I was told i could submit this at any Edgars store, and for them to forward it to finrite. I got the document from MTN, and yesterday (21st) i went to Edgars active in hillcrest, but the claim was not on my profile. It had not been submitted so we attempted to call Edgars in sandton but we got transferred 3 times, and the last person we got to, after hearing the story hung up. I called customer care, and i was given 0114989007 as the head office number. This has been going straight to voicemail. I called Edgars Sandton yet again, (0116857000/0116857050). They promised to call me back after holding for nearly 20 minutes. They did not live up to this promise. I am still in dark as to where my claim stands and i am still without a phone.
