In March of 2012 i bought a sealy queen bed, defy fridge and twin bed set from the East London branch on account, I paid the account over 6 months without missing payment. I noticed from the onset that the door of the cabinet to the bed set was faulty&it got broken barely a month of purchase, i reported the matter and it got repaired instead and they refused to replace it saying i should have reported it from the onset. Barely a month later the rubber of the door of the fridge went loose, reported it and the door got replaced. This happened twice and each time the door got replaced, in the meantime the cabinet's door was breaking as well. In july of this year the top part of fridge lost temperature, food gets rotten and we now have to find other means of keeping the food cold and edible. Reported the matter to the manager and requested replacement and he told me that they referred the matter to Defy for replacement. Have not heard from him since, this was July&everytime i have to call they as they do not give me any feedback, cannot got to store in person as i stay far. Is it acceptible for brand new items to be repaired from day one of purchase? This makes me question the quality of goods sold.
