Poor Service

I visited the store on the 17 Aug 2013 to buy a treadmill. There was no stock so the person helping us took my details and said they will contact me in the following week as soon as they receive stock. I phone again but no stock. I went to the store the 30th of Aug 2013 to find out the request was incorrectly logged on the system. I spoke to Charles and he promised to sort out and phone back the next day. He also assured me that I will still be charged the promotion price as the fault was on their side. I phoned again on the 2nd of Sept and spoke to Kevin about the ongoing problem and still not received my treadmill. Charles phoned me back on the 2nd of Sept and told me I can come and fetch the treadmill Friday 6 Sept. I phone today just to check. No treadmill, cant speak to Charles or Kevin both are not there. The admin manager told me I can come and pay at the kollenade and then go to the store in Silverton and fetch the treadmill before 5.I only get home at 5.They then offered delivery but I cant let it be delivered due to personal reasons. Why is it so difficult to just want what was promised and just get some service!
