Management not capable!

The store has 3 managers... but I truly wonder what they do! Stock is always unavailable. Everytime I visit (more than 4 times a week) there is ALWAYS at least 2 items not available.

I keep mentioning this to management but it seems to stay above their capabilities. 2 Weeks ago I visited the liquor store basically next door to the food store. Spoke to Graeme about a specific wine, which he claimed not to have in stock. Days later I see 2 bottles in the fridge. He promised to phone all branches.
I reported the detail to Eugene, my oh my more useless I have not come across. Promised to take it up with Graeme. Never came back to me.
I phoned Graeme myself (unprofessional way in which phones are answered is another topic) who knew nothing about Eugene taking it up with him. They both!!
I went to Cape Gate brNch And found the wine in question there in abundance! Graeme did not even make the effort.

The most pathetic branch so far and I shop at various branches. Even my friends and family complained about the unprofessional and pathetic service and way store is managed.

Will contact their Head Office to let them know as well!
