INCOMPETENCE!!!

Hi,
3 weeks ago my brand new K.I.C. fridge door rubber tore apart from the magnet. I reported this to the call centre immediately who promised faithfully to contact me back which I'm still waiting for a reply!!! I then contacted the O.K.Bazaars, Scottburgh who supplied me this product and asked them to get someone to come to my assistance seeing as my food was going off and the motor was burning out due to continuous use of which it was not designed for. It took a whole week to send some free lance personnel of theirs to fit the new rubber. On leaving, after" hair drying " the rubber in place I was told not to open the door for 15 Min's. 4 hrs. later when I opened the door, I found the rubber NOT to be sealing, so once again phoned for assistance from their call centre and again at O.K. Bazaars. I was told today, 04/03/2013 that the technician was on the way! So far I still sit with a fridge full of rotten food and a half burned out motor!!!
