I ordered a pair of shoes on the Cape Union Mart online shop which indicates if the product is available according to specific sizes. As soon as the order was placed, last weekend, the sms came through that the amount was deducted off my credit card. A week later and after no response I follow up on my order to find out that they are struggling to get the specified product.
I was promised a call back before 12:00, yet I am still waiting as it is. I phoned them, but no answer. Left a message with no return call. Emailed my query with no response. This all while they still have my money!!!
This is not acceptable.
