Ordered a Suunto Ambit 2 from Cape Union Mart Online on June 9th - R6 000 was debited from my credit card. Item was in stock on the system and promise was 5-7 day delivery. Have heard absolutely nothing from the business despite the fact that I left a message at Customer Service 6 days ago to investigate further. It is now the 18th and the order still shows as pending... Have left another message at the call centre. Hope for a response...
