I went to V&A waterfront for lunch and happen to pop into Cape Union Mart because I needed rain pants which I found on their online store. They did not have my size but the lady took my number and assured she would find a pair and have them delivered to the closest shop near me.
Yeah right...
Got a call the next day that she found a pair and that they will get it to Table View branch within the week and have them phone me when it arrives. As promised i received a call telling me that my pants are waiting for me.
I cant remember her name but I'm thoroughly impressed by your service!
