We bought a tent at Cape Union Mart last week. My son used it for the first and only time this past weekend. There was some damage sustained to the tent. We went back to Cape Union Mart and explained that there was damage to the tent, some of which was through my son's fault, some not. Dealt with Ashley and Similton who were extremely helpful and polite and were very accommodating in agreeing to replace the tent immediately. No long detailed filling in of forms, no sceptical looks, no rude attitude etc and in and out the store in 5 mins! Wow! Really thrilled and please to receive good service from a business that honours its policiies and clearly cares about the customer! Thank you Cape Union Mart - you made our weekend!
