Why advertise if there is no stock! Bad Service!!

I saw an advert for the Devy 20l microwave (on Guzzle) for R299 - the ad was from Furniture City. I called my local Midrand branch for details and the gentleman there said there was no stock and that they had had many enquiries for this special. He gave me head offices phone number - I was put through to Kim Walker (mail box full) and from there to another 5 people and by the 6th person I put the phone down in total frustration! I had been holding on and on and being put through to one person after another - this is terrible service - no-one seems to know what is going on or who to speak to! I would really have appreciated someone taking my number and then calling me back with the correct information.
