I called 2 days prior and arranged for my family's prescription meds to be delivered to my home (the pharmacy advertises delivery), I then got home last night, needles to say no delivery, I called then had to listen to chit chat between staff and when I asked why my meds were not delivered, I was told there were no deliveries that day, I then asked do they not have my phone number on file, could no once call me and tell me there was a problem with the deliveries. To me this pharmacy is so big and busy they just don't care about their clients. My family's total meds per month is going to be about R3000.00, I am on the top plan medical aid which is costly therefore they pay for all my meds. Its obvious that they really just don't care at that pharmacy, all these meds are repeat BP, thyroid, anti depressants's, anti anxieties and also anti sycotic. So I really take this seriously, if you ever want a pharmacy that doesn't care about you and cannot even call when there is a problem then please feel free to go to Dischem Wonderboom South in Pretoria
