I bought a bed on 02/09/2013 & paid in full including the delivery fee as i was promised that it will be delivered the very next day. But all was delivered to me was disgusting customer service. I had to call several times before some guy from "warehouse" calls & tell me the bed will only be delivered to me on the 5th without even asking if it will be convinient for me. I mean i don't owe the thing & why was i misled about the delivery. I feel like when you through Joshua Doore's door you get a warm welcome but after that are shown the middle finger when you walkout. It's time you take your customers needs into consideration even after the sale. I mean i explained that i just relocated that side & i needed my bed to be delivered ASAP. Going to the store made matters worse as i felt like i'm the one who did something wrong (like taking my money there). A HAND SHAKE AFTER THE DEAL WILL BE WELCOMED AS MUCH AS THE SMILE & WARM WELCOME BEFORE IT. SORT OUT YOUR MESS...
