No delivery for a month now

On 23 September 2013 I bought Birmingham 4PCE lounge suite and I was promised the delivery on the following week at home in Pongola, KZN. I went back to the branch on 19 October 2013, they told me that it was raining in KZN, they be delivered on 23 October 2013 since they got the stock at Verulam in Durban. I called at home to check if it was raining. And I found out the the rain stopped on 22 October. Norman called me on 25 October to check if my product was delivered and told him no. He said he will check agin with person responsible and promised to call me back, but he didnt as usual. Now I very frustrated with this bad attitude and poor customer service at Joshua Doore. It is my first time buying from Joshua Doore, but I have only experienced the poor service and I won't allow people I know and care about to purchase at this furniture shop. Please assist to to get my product or I will have to cancel and purchase from other shops.
