Firstly I would like to thank the head office in JHB for handling my case so well. I complained about a bed that had not been delivered for 20 days, thanks to the head office, it has since been delivered. However there is still a bit of a problem. With this bed I had bought a desk and a chair, these are still not delivered. I really was unaware that Joshua Doore does not know of what customers buy therefore failing to deliver goods. This is getting rather tiring as I have to constantly write a report here for things to be done accordingly. I am beyond disappointed with this store. I would really like these goods delivered to me ASAP as I do not want any further dealings with Joshua Doore. Hopefully this is the last time I am complaining about this store.
