Incorrect pricing to increase their sales, lazynes

This happen mostly when they have specials, and you will think something is on special and when you get to the tills, i costs more, on the 28 August 2013, i went to do groceries as usually, they had jungle energey bars, on special, for R4, 99, when i checked my slip, it scanned R6.00, so i called and asked them to fix it, they sent someone to check the price, she took long, so the supervisor Doris decided to go and check, she also disappeared for couple of minutes, and when she comes, she comes with a price tag of R6.00, and asked her to show me where she got the tag, we went and check, i was so dissapointed to see that they ve changed all those 4 tags they had to R6.99, i mean who does that, this is and so illegal, i told her, i need to talk to your manager, a guy came, he didnt even, greet, apologise or show some interest, i told him what happened, and he just said "refund her" what kind of service is that? they dont respect people, they increase their sales by false advertising, they lazy, their packing on shelves is so messy, you need to read the bar-code to get the right pricing.
