On the 30 July 2013 @ 6pm I went to pick n pay in Kenilworth centre to do some shopping. I walked past the fridge area and noticed the flora had a price of R19.99. I picked it up and put it in my basket but when I got to the till it scanned R47.99. I told the cashier and she sent a supervisor to check when she came back she said yes it was on this one but it says 500g. So I said but you have two shelves with this product at this price no other price. I asked for the manager and he told me the same thing. I am in retail and the price you put on an item is the price you pay regardless of the fine print. It's your mistake not mine. The so called manger did not apologize and he clearly does not know his CPA regulations - send him for training. I will not shop at your store again at least Checkers honor their agreement to their customers! I also have a picture of the shelves with the pricing if you are interested.
