Went in looking for soda stream gas bottle. found none. went to info & was told go to customer services. went & was told go to small appliances. getting upset! confirmed the direction to go to and then asked if she could call the person as I have already been and there was nobody. She picked up my mood change and immediately came from behind the counter saying she "let me assist you sir" . we walked to were I have been before asking what size bottle I am looking for and asking what my machine looks like. She pointed out the article and that the box is a bit confusing as it now has a free bottle with it. I took 1 and thanked her. she pointed out the price and then checked to see that I did indeed take the correct sized bottle. I thanked her, we parted and I ended spending a further R1000.00 on bathroom fittings that gave me to transport as I was there on my motorbike. great regret that I can not remember her name, but will not forget the face or the store.
