Faulty Whirlpoorl stove that lost the memory

I purchased a whirlpoorl stove and Hob at dion wired kollonade assisted by vernon, which even now is still under warranty. I later returned to the store to lodge a complaint that there is a plate on the stove malfunctions as when the stove is switched on at the plug it comes. They sent a very rude technician who left the stove in a far worse condition that he found it in, he cited that it was incorrectly installed, hence there was water seepage. upon enquiry at the store on the progress of them coming to fix my stove both the salesperson and the sales manager were talking in an aggressive manner treating me with no respect at all, they told me that the insulation of the stove is provided for by the manufacturer, in this chase which is whirlpoorl SA but was still baffled why they I am to blame if the insulation provided by the manufacturer is insufficient to stop the water seepage. Both Dion Wired consumer relations and kollanade store are now citing this as reason the technicians report as the reason not to repair my hob and stove as speculated by the warranty.
