I took a stove 2 the store is is faulty and is under 12mnth warranty an is 7mnths old, bt I was told dat I was nt goin 2 be helped as my item is not in good condition, thy tld me thy will phone da supplier and gt bck 2 me of which I dnt knw when is dat and dnt knw what to do or use in the meantime. My stove is still under warranty and I have proof of purchase and the box that is requered wen exchanging. The manager humiliated me infront of his staff and told me dat my stove cnt b 7mnths I must have swapped it with anada one of which I dnt knw where I wud hv gt da similar stove from. I also work for retail and I knw my rights dats not the way thy shuld be treating customers nor tlking 2 them.
