Sometine in June 2012 i bought a bedroom suite af Morkels Store in Promenade on cash. Few days later my husband noticed some faults with it. I personally went to the store to report it and the sales man filed my report and promised me that in few days I wud get a call from their warehouse. A week later I received a call from their warehouse as they wanted to come and inspect the bedroom suite. Somebody came and he also confirmed the damages as factory faults and promised us that we would get replacement in two weeks time from the day that he was there. After few months of waiting, in December I received another call and this time they promised that the delivery will be done on 15th January 2013 as they didn't had any stock available. Up until this date we still waiting for them. I thought Morkels was one of the few proffessional furniture stores but I guess I was wrong. What happened to their slogan of two year gurantee store?? It my first time to purchase from them and m not sure if its possible again after this treatment. We've been patient enough with them so much that we feel like we r taken for a ride. We are so disappointed in them.
