I am extremely dissappointed with the service I received from Bradlows. In December 2012 I bought a Milano lounge suite and paid for it in cash and arranged for it to be delivered at home in Mtubatuba. In January I noticed that the fabric on the sofas was starting to crease and I alerted Bradlows Pinetown where I bought it from, considering that this lounge suite replaced the one which we had kept for over 10 years also bought from Bradlows. Knowing the quality of Bradlows furniture I was quite surprised why the fabric was creasing so fast. In February I laid my first complaint with Bradlows Pinetown and Mr Dube raised the complaint with Bradlows Empangeni since the suite was dispatched from their warehouse to send a truck to fetch the sofas for inspection as they are still under warranty. Beginning of March I was advised that Bradlows Empangeni would call me to confirm the collection and inspection. After a long wait I was told by Mr Dube that the warehouse had some problems with the truck and this would be resolved. Even today I am still waiting for the "truck" to collect as if the store has only one truck. I have since cancelled the collection and I want an explanation asap
