Terrible service

I bought a cellphone at Leigt the glen in April of this year. Five weeks agao the phone just went dead. I then took it back to teh store where they then referred me to the Vodacom centre in Alberton. They then advised three weeks later that the phone cannot be traced on their systems. I then collected it and took it back to the Legit store and now they referring me to the technicians at the vodacom centre and they could not assist initially. I am being referred from pillar to post and getting no joy from anyone. I please need this matter resolved urgently.
