My GF went to Edgars Vaal Gate branch in Vanderbijlpark about two weeks ago and went into the changing room to try on clothes. The changing room was open and there were no signs indicating that there was wet paint on the walls of the changing room, long story short the staff of Edgars laughed at her when she came out of the changing room with her pants covered in paint because she hung them up in the changing room to try on the other clothes. The manager was not at all helpfull in resolving the issue and started bad mouthing my GF and her mother who later returned to give him the pants that he said he will have cleaned. We haven't received the pants back and neither heard of him since even after trying to contact him ourselves.
This is totally unacceptable for a manager to treat paying customers with utter disrespect and to "" from them.
