Bad Service after faulty goods

I purchased a blackberry Z10 via the call centre, after about 2 weeks the phone no longer made any sounds or tones. After going back and forth to the store, i was advised that this was a feature on the phone that i might have accidentally activated, i was referred to Heita as "they were more familiar with the fone' i got sent away from Heita with no joy, as i was not a client of theres. I had suffered with a phone permanently on silent for weeks! After eventually getting assistance from a Vodacom outlet it was discovered that the Phone itself was faulty. this is very frustrating for me! even more so because i had my number ported from Vodacom for this cellphone! i then went to the same store and was then turned away once again! this time i was advised that if i wanted the phone to be booked in for repairs it will take 3-4 weeks and this can only be done if i provide the papers of the phone, which i obviously did not have with me! otherwise the phone will be regarded as out of warrenty! even though the purchase can be traced on the system as it was purchased less than a month ago! i would like some assistance as this is driving me nuts!
