I ordered a slush puppy machine for a school function for my daughter as per pictures and details sent by Little o's. When it was collected one of the machines did not work at all, the other machines lid had a crack in it and the cups were polysterene and not plastic with lids.
When we started up the machine at school on Monday 2nd September the middle slushy machine was leaking in the container as well as by the "pull" leaver when you fill the cups.
I emailed the company immediately to advise the status and even call Brett on his cell phone and left a voice message and amazing I have had no one call or respond to a discount on the machine.
The machine is being returned today
I would not recommend this company to anyone they are quick to take your money but not to assist when the equipment is faulty.
My daughter lost 8 litres of mixture yesterday not including the costs to buy additional cups as what was shown in the order was not received
