PNP online shopping is a horrible experience!!!


I placed an order on PNP online shopping on the 28th of August 2013 to be delivered on Saturday the 31 st of August between 11-12 am.

PNP debited the amount from my account on the 31st of August at 9 am. At 10 am they contacted me saying that they will be late with a few HOURS or even a DAY.

As we were receiving guests later that day, I instructed them to rather do a refund. I then had to cancel my plans, go out with my wife and go shopping the usual way.

To make matters worse, my funds after 3 days are not reflecting in my account. (After initially saying it takes 1-2 days) I have spoken to them again, and the one consultant said rudely phone your bank (which I did) but they informed me, that my funds are not available as yet. I phoned again, and the other consultant said that it should reflect by Thursday.By far the worst service offered in retail. This is supposed to be convenient, after all. I have spent more time and money to try and rectify the issue than I ever have with any other retaiI issue I had to sort out. I think I will rather shop at Checkers, as they say that they are better and better. I tend to agree strongly...
