I placed a order online at 9:53 AM Order Number 0005110272 Shortly After that at approx 10:10 I decided I was going to go in store by myself as there were extras that I needed So i decided to cancel my order. So i logged on went to my current orders and clicked on cancel. Thereafter the details regarding the order were not under My orders- Orders that have not yet been delivered etc. So obviously I would think my cancelation tranaction was succsesful and complete. However i got a sms later in the day informing me that the money had been taken off my account- So i Phoned to query it and all the lady said was they never recieved any cancelation and why didnt I phone to cancel. Well i cancelled well before 11.59 and as per terms and conditions should you cancel before this time cancelling it online is suffient. So I requested a refund and was informed a refund would be made. But when i got my refund information from you. Im being charged the cancelletaion fee of 70 odd Rand. This is ridiculous, i took the necessary steps to cancel in time so a fee would not be Charged. All in all this has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will never use online shopping again.
