I purchased an item for my cousin's birthday only to be told 2 weeks later that i would need to buy a converter as well in order for it to work in South Africa. the converter was half the price of the item and so i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. 2 weeks later, i am still waiting for my refund which was supposed to reflect in my account 2-4 days after cancellation. I also used Discovery Miles to make the purchase and i have asked twice about how they would be refunded - my question was ignored both times. This is the worst online service i have ever received and would strongly recommend that people use [URL Removed] or kalahari rather.
