PATHETIC SERVICE

Saturday the 31st August I bought a folding door at Game walmer park, when I got home openened, and the door was so badly damaged I immediately phoned the store, after about 15minutes on the phone, slamming the calls from one person to another (pathetic telephone manner) I left a message for the manager to phone me, till today no responce. Sunday the 1st September, I drove to PE again!!! returned the broken one got another door inspected it, when we got home got somebody (which I paid) to put the door up, the guy took it out of the packaging, and can you believe, broken again at the bottom that was covered with paper, and to crown all half of the parts were gone, How can a store like this survive, Should the customer bend backwards, should we go through all this for your bad service, your broken stuff, and rude telephone manner. Not ones in this 2 days did any sales person come to ask me can he or she assist or help me. NO they would rather stand chit chatting to eachother as they are at a social event. Stores and retailers with such bad service should actually not be supported. DISGUSTED!!!
