We had our automatic garage door broken open by criminals on the night of 3 March 2013. Our cars couldn't get in our out, but our garage was also not secure since the door was broken. I phoned the Netsure claims centre and they immediately appointed someone to come out and treat our case as an emergency. Long story short. A contractor arrived within ours, pried and bent the door so we can at least get our vehicles out and secure the garage. Within 3 days the contractor came back and installed a brand new door. Great service without any problems. Netsure - You Rock!!
