LG Double Door Fridge broken on arrival

About a month ago I bought a LG double door fridge from Game for R6999.Seeing that my home was being renovated I kept it (still in the box unopened) in the garage till renovations was finished.3 weeks later the kitchen was ready. On opening the box and plugging in the fridge I left it empty & on overnight. The next morning on opening the fridge it was still room temperature inside & air blowing out of the vents wasn't cold. I left it on for 2 days but still didn't work. I went back to Game to get an exchange for a new fridge. They told me that because three weeks have past since I bought the fridge they couldn't exchange it & then referred me to LG.After a few days & multiple calls to Game a LG representative in Bloem phoned me & picked up the fridge. After testing the fridge they found that their was no gas in it thus the problem with not cooling. They phoned & said they'll contact LG head office to get me a new fridge. A week have past and still no answer. On phoning them yesterday they told me they were still waiting on head office for a response. I'm fed up. It was a brand new fridge that wasn't working from the start now I'm struggling to get a new one that works for 2weeks already!!!
