Esme bought a door at Kingdom doors in Lenasia. The door was opened partially to show the door. However on instillation of the door when all the plastic was removed we noticed a dent in the door. Esme then phoned Kingdom doors and informed Lucy that the door was damaged. Lucy replied by being rude and after the conversation slamming the phone down. Not did Esme just received and attitude from Lucy but a damaged door that they now refuse to exchange.
