My boyfriend and I was shopping for some office attire yesterday. We got there at 5:15pm and we are aware that Edgars closes at 6pm. At 5:35pm, we went into the fitting room and the lady was already ill-mannered, but the worse was this; at 5:45, another staff came into the fitting room and started spraying toilet spray and almost close to my face, where I was waiting for my boyfriend, Being an asthmatic, I quickly walked a few steps away and then the two employees started laughing and talking loudly. At 5:50, my boyfriend wanted to try on one last pant, the fitting room lady sighed deeply and chucked the clothing card at us, I was then told to take his clothes and stand outside of the fitting room. We were very upset but ended up spending over R500 at the store. He still needs to get another set of business attire and I am determined to not shop at Edgars or any of the Edcon stores again.
