Unacceptable Fitting Rooms

I visited Edgars Empangeni today on the 23/1/2014 and needed to use the fitting room. What a state they were in. None of the curtains in the fitting room closed properly and most of the hooks were missing from the railings. Furthermore the walls were filthy. I had no privacy at all. Anybody passing the room I was in could see me. I asked the manager when last he had inspected the room and his response was "every day". If that's the case I cannot see that he is suitable to be called a manager. I have taken photo's of the fitting room. Anytime of the month when you go into the store you always end up standing in a queue as there is only 1 cashier attending to the clients.
