With reference to my report posted on 21 August, ... wow.. this is getting more shocking by the day.
Can Percy Motale find time in his day to respond to my email? He requested I send him a proof of residence to change my details for me to access my account and pay my settlement, but he never confirmed receipt. So, I'm not paying my settlement until my details are corrected, because I can guarantee, when the amount is paid, this whole thing will continue going in circles where they will tell me they can't find my paid amount and and and all the other nonsence.
Oh, and how great is the service to actually call me regarding the call logged... NOT. A week has passed and no one bothered. As promised, I'm doing my duty to continue posting this on social media platforms until all is resolved. Even more shocking how may complaints are on Hello Peter for Clicks - pleased with myself that I've been boycotting the place since the delivery scandal.
