On 12/2/2013 i phoned the call center to get the full settlement amount on my Credit Card. I paid that exact amount minutes after ending the call. I also sent an email instructing Clicks to close this account as the full amount has been paid.
To date the account is still open and showing a balance owned to Clicks.
You asked why am i closing this account, well here you go! this is the reason - your service.
