I transferred settlement amount of my vehicle account with MFC on the 06 Dec 2013. According to my records the settlement amount was paid into the account number I was given to as per settlement quotation. I even faxed the proof of payment to MFC.
Now I am frustrated because every time I call MFC to confirm if the settlement has been confirmed I am getting different messages. The one consultant says I paid the money into a wrong account and the other one says they are trying to link the money to my account. I have been patient thinking this issue will be sorted but now I am not sure of what else I should do. I have not budgeted for the vehicle debit order to go through as I paid the settlement amount. The other consultant told me the last three digits appearing on their system does not correspond with their account number and I told her the digits she is referring to is the digits of the account from which the funds were transferred. I paid the funds into NEDBANK account 1957327022 and also included my account reference number. PLEASE HELP!!!
