I bought a phone on the 17/01/2013 at Edgars active bellville and I was told if it happpens that the phone gives me problems in 7 days time I should return it and get a new one. After using the phone for 2 days it froze while I was deleting a music video that I found on the phone, it also froze on numerous accasions after that, on 24/01/2012 I returned the phone to the store they told me that they can not exchange the phone if it does nt happen I front of them they need to see the phone freezing. I explained to them that sometime it works fine then all of a sudden freeze they said they can't. The staff explained this to me the Manager did not even take it seriously to explain and do what they promised when I bought the phone.
Now I have to pay a phone that had a problem 2 days after I bought it
Very poor customer service.
Would like to contact their checkline and cpa for promising what the can not do.
