I bought a phone from Edgars Greenacres and was told that if I have any problems with the phone, I can return it within 7 days.

I have since been having major issues with the phone constantly rebooting, but was unable to return in due to my work hours.

I was able to go to the store after work yesterday to confirm whether I can still return my phone (within the 7 days) and TWO consultants confirmed I can, but as I didn't have the box with me I returned today.

The consultant who tried to assist me then told me she cannot accept my phone as there were fine, scratches on the phone. I found this hard to believe as I only removed the protective plastic cover earlier today and I hardly used the phone due to its constant rebooting. The scratches she referred to was so insignificant, she had to point them out to me and I still sruggled to see them.

I then asked to speak to a manager, who was working today. Two other managers (from other departments) then inspected the phone, and asked me to return tomorrow as they cannot give me an answer.

This make it the third visit to the store, for a fault that has nothing to do with the phone casing but is a straight OBF SOFTWARE case!!!
