On the 19th Dec 2013 at the till, I was paying for 6 items. The guy by the name of Kabelo was helping me. I paid and he bagged everything for me. When we got to the door, the sensor beeped and some security lady stopped us. She checked the slip, only to find that the only big item I had which was a face wash was not ringed. When the security lady asked him, he shouted "they didn't pay for it? " that's when I jumped in because I wanted to understand the implication. I told him that was unacceptable, all he did was argue with me. I told him all I wanted was an apology which I still never got. The staff members including the senior were all standing there watching. As far as I understand, this could've been a serious offence all because of a silly mistake. I'm so disappointed because I only shop at that clicks every month because its small and convenient, I have never had any problems and I'm even familiar with some of the staff members. I hope this matter gets to the right people and will be sorted out immediately.
