When will I ever learn? After a horrendous experience at Clicks in Kenilworth Centre Cape Town a few months ago when a staff member slammed a door in my face as I was asking her a question, I went and gave Clicks another try this morning because I had done a grocery shop at Pick n Pay in the same centre.
I went to the pharmacy and did not see that there were two different sections as I am a shortie and the signs are way up there. I just stood patiently waiting to be served. The next thing a lady came after me and to my horror, the staff member behind the counter called her to be served. I asked why when I had been waiting before this lady, and the staff member barked at me something about "Prescriptions and medicine" - I did not know what she was talking about, and anyway, even if I was in the wrong section, she could have served me as I was next to be served. I was furious and walked out, but came back into the store to speak to the manager who was sympathetic but didn't make me feel much better as she kept saying "I remember you from last time" as if I was a nutter who always complains. I will NEVER ever, ever go back to that Clicks again. Twice bitten, twice shy.
