Featherbrooke branch should place a sign on the door to say that their security tag system isnt working. I had a situation today. I got into the shop with my clicks products and since the door didn't buzz I didn't declare any of the clicks products I had with me.
20 min later I got out the store (again I didn't buzz as I went through the doors) then security chased me down accusing me of a clicks product. I explained that I came into the store with it. Security asked for reciept anyway as their staff had seen me put the product in my bag. As I can proove I got the product at the clearwater branch of clicks they "let me go".
I am very disappointed with the whole incident. I would not have had to proove my innocence if the same "diligent" staff had told me there was a problem with the door scanners and asked me to declare all 10 (yes im a serious fan) of the clicks products on my person.
I have been shopping at this clicks for 7 years and I have never had cause to complain. Is technology letting them down?
