WHY, WHY, WHY!!!

I lodged a complaint with your customer service department earlier this month and received a call on the 17th but I was not happy with the response and requested it be escalated. I was advised by the caller, whose name I will not mention on a public platform, to escalate my complaint which he said he would do. He said he would send it to his regional manager, however he was going on leave from the 19th. Today is the 30th and nobody has had the courtesy to contact me telephonically or via e-mail. Seems my complaint has not been taken seriously and should I not receive a telephone call from someone who has the clout to make the decision I expect to be made, I will not only go to the Consumer Commission but also the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa for 'misleading' customers. The issue I have has been pending since 17 July and is totally unacceptable. I've always received good service from Clicks but this lack of interest is the cherry of the cake.
