Extremely dissatisfied with Clicks brand hair dye and lack of response to a complaint I logged with an Aisha on the 19th of Dec 2013. I've always had black hair and wanted some colour in it while maintaining my black and purchased their house brand blackcurrent colour which on the box shows a dark plum shine, well it stripped my hair to a red/brown colour. At the very least I expected the colour not to take on my hair rather than strip it to brown/red. This means that I've had to walk with this colour and now purchase an additional 2 black hair dyes which I feel Clicks should be responsible for as the product advertised and bought is not the colour. I realise there's been holidays in between but surely contact should have been made with me already as I've complained the same day 19th Dec 2013 @ 11am. Its disgusting that no one has yet even bothered making contact with me! Does this mean I should once again make contact from my cell and go purchase my own black hair dye?
