I sent through a complaint last week Thursday 05/12/2013 and received a automated response the same day. I then received a read receipt regarding my complaint but still no aknowledgement or apology.
I bought a "Fusion on the go snack" from clicks and whilst eating it, i found glass in the packet. I escalated the matter to you supplier who has not even bothered to respond to date and i am apauled by the lack of service received from clicks.
What measures do you have in place to ensure that your suppliers provide you with qulity products? What if one of my kids had to eat this?
